Before starting Eon Gems, we spent years supplying gemstones to manufacturers across Jaipur. Along the way, I noticed a problem — too many layers between the maker and the final brand, which added cost and took away the purity of true craftsmanship.
That’s when the idea of Eon Gems became real. We brought everything under one roof: gemstone manufacturing, jewelry production, and a transparent process where brands can connect directly with us.
What sets us apart is how we work — no strict minimum orders, no design compromises, and complete protection of your ideas. Every piece is made with respect for your identity and trust.

It began decades ago, when our late grandfather MR. JAGDEESH PRASAD started his humble journey as a gemstone labourer, shaping beauty out of raw stones with nothing but skill, patience, and pride. Though he couldn’t build his own business, his passion became the foundation of our family’s story.
Our father carried that vision forward. He mastered the art of gemstone shaping and carved a place for himself in Jaipur’s gemstone market — trading and supplying stones to some of the most respected jewelry houses in the city. His journey turned that dream into something real and lasting.
And today, we — MOHIT, KK, & GAURAV — are taking that legacy forward with Eon Gems.
What began as a single craft has now grown into a complete ecosystem where gemstones and jewelry come together under one roof.

The story of Eon Gems begins with Mr. Bhagwan Sahai — a man whose lifelong love for gemstones and craftsmanship shaped our roots. His belief that every creative mind deserves access to fine gemstones became our guiding vision. He dreamed of a place where anyone could “get their imagination designed.”
Entering the gemstone world at just seven, he carries decades of wisdom, integrity, and skill. His deep connections across Jaipur and sharp eye for quality form the base of our sourcing. As the company’s chief gemstone sourcer, he ensures every stone begins with authenticity and trust.
Beyond business, he’s a man of calm mornings and simple joys. Before the sun rises, you’ll find him with his wife, tending to their beloved Gir cows and the land they cherish. Grounded, patient, and kind — that’s the spirit he lives by every day.
Gaurav Sharma (CEO)

The journey of every Eon Gems client begins with Gaurav Sharma — the person who listens first, understands deeply, and ensures every step forward feels effortless. Raised with the knowledge of a family rooted in gemstones, Gaurav stepped into the professional world at eighteen, determined to understand the industry beyond the walls of his home. He worked with renowned manufacturing houses, managing clients directly while learning the language of designers, artisans, and every intricate detail of gemstone and jewelry production. This rare blend of customer insight and operational expertise allows him to anticipate needs before they’re spoken, ensuring every project aligns perfectly with the client’s vision.
Beyond business, Gaurav carries a warmth that fills every room — calm, grounded, yet always charged with enthusiasm. Yoga keeps him balanced, chess sharpens his strategy, and his effortless humor turns even serious discussions into light moments. Krishan Kant (Founder & Operational Head)

His deep understanding of production, costing, and coordination makes operations smooth and reliable, preventing problems before they arise and guiding creativity with clarity. As the eldest of the three brothers, Mohit Sharma stands as the unwavering pillar of gemstone mastery at Eon Gems. His journey began alongside Mr. Bhagwan Sahai in the early years, deep within the world of cutters, polishers, and raw stones. With decades of hands-on experience, he has developed a rare gift — the ability to understand a gemstone’s story at a single glance. From recognizing hidden values to spotting upcoming market trends, his knowledge shapes the very foundation of our gemstone sourcing and creation process.
With instinct sharpened through years of practice, Mohit oversees the entire gemstone workflow — from selecting raw material to cutting, sizing, shaping, and polishing. His keen eye catches details invisible to most: the faint inclusions, the subtle cracks, the natural beauty waiting to be refined. His precision defines the authenticity and quality that Eon Gems is known for, ensuring every stone that enters the production line leaves as a masterpiece of clarity and craftsmanship.
